Für den guten Zweck: Nachwuchskräfte engagieren sich für Kinder der Arche

„Gemeinsam für andere stark sein“ – unter diesem Motto organisierten 55 Nachwuchskräfte im Rahmen ihrer Ausbildung bei Ernsting’s family nun schon zum dritten Mal einen Social Day und engagieren sich für Kinder aus sozial schwachen Verhältnissen. In diesem Jahr machten sich unsere Azubis und Trainees auf den Weg nach Frankfurt, um am dortigen Standort des Vereins „Die Arche“ eine Superheldenfeier mit verschiedenen Attraktionen zu veranstalten.

Gleichzeitig ist das Nachwuchskräfte-Event aber auch eine Gelegenheit für die Azubis und Trainees, sich untereinander zu vernetzen und besser kennenzulernen. Neben dem Social Day gibt es ein buntes Rahmenprogramm, bei dem die Azubis und Trainees unter anderem die Stadt auf Fahrrädern erkundeten, die Frankfurter Küche mit typischer „Grüner Soße“ kennenlernten und im Escape Room knifflige Rätsel lösten.

Nach den drei gemeinsamen und ereignisreichen Tagen in Frankfurt ist das Ziel der Vernetzung für Annika Stahl, Auszubildende am Standort Klieken geglückt: „Egal, ob wir aus Klieken oder aus Lette kommen – wenn wir in der Gruppe sind, funktioniert es einfach. Es ist, als würden wir uns schon ewig kennen. Wir sind einfach eine Familie.“

Paradies für Superhelden

Das Highlight der drei Tage in Frankfurt war für die meisten Nachwuchskräfte der Social Day bei der Arche in Frankfurt. In verschiedenen Projektgruppen hatten die Nachwuchskräfte sich bereits im Vorhinein auf den Social Day vorbereitet. Während eine Gruppe mit Würstchen vom Grill, Popcorn, Crêpes und Zuckerwatte für die herzhafte und süße Verpflegung vor Ort sorgte, verwandelte ein anderes Team die Location vor Ort in ein richtiges Superheldenparadies zum Spielen und Entdecken.

Für die Unterhaltung sorgte unter anderem ein großer Actionparcours. Hier konnten die Kinder an verschiedenen Stationen ihre Ausbildung zum Superhelden oder zur Superheldin durchlaufen. Eine riesige Hüpfburg, die für das Arche-Event gemietet wurde, war eine weitere Attraktion des Tages. Damit die kleinen Superhelden auf ihrem Weg vom einen ins andere Abenteuer noch authentischer unterwegs sind, verwandelten einige Auszubildende die Kinder beim Kinderschminken in echte Superhelden.

„Die Superhelden auf unserer Superheldenfeier sind natürlich in erster Linie die Kinder der Arche, denen wir einen ganz besonderen Tag mit tollen Erlebnissen ermöglichen möchten. Doch auch unsere Azubis und Trainees sind am heutigen Tag Superhelden, denn in wochenlanger liebevoller Vorbereitung haben sie als Team dieses Event ermöglicht und zaubern all diesen Kindern heute ein Lächeln auf die Lippen“ freut sich Julia Schulz-Ruhtenberg aus der PR-Abteilung, die in diesem Jahr die Planung und Umsetzung des Nachwuchskräfte-Events koordinierte. Auch die Arche-Standortleiterin Stephanie Kiefer zog ein erfreuliches Resümee: „Diese Superhelden Party ist für die Kinder der Arche etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Möglichkeiten, die die Nachwuchskräfte von Ernsting’s family den Kindern hier bieten, sind für sie alles andere als alltäglich. Es ist schön, die Kinder heute so unbeschwert und ausgelassen zu erleben.“

Einblicke in das Filialgeschäft

Am letzten Tag der Reise standen Filialbesuche in Kleingruppen auf dem Programm, die mittlerweile ein fester und wichtiger Bestandteil des Nachwuchskräfte-Events geworden sind. Denn Vernetzung ist nicht nur zwischen den Azubis und Trainees ein wichtiges Stichwort: Auch der Austausch mit den Mitarbeiterinnen in den Filialen ist entscheidend, um einen Eindruck vom Kerngeschäft zu bekommen. Aus diesem Grund zeigten die Verkäuferinnen verschiedener Filialen im Raum Frankfurt den jungen Kolleginnen und Kollegen ihren Arbeitsplatz. In einem kleinen Interview lernten die Nachwuchskräfte mehr über die täglichen Herausforderungen und Abläufe in den Filialen und konnten außerdem einige Tipps, konstruktives Feedback und motivierende Worte mit auf den Heimweg nehmen.

Rückblickend war das dritte Nachwuchskräfte Event und der Social Day ein großer Erfolg. Bei strahlender Sonne herrschte beste Stimmung und den Nachwuchskräften gelang es nicht nur, den Kindern der Arche einen unbeschwerten Tag zu ermöglichen, sondern auch, sich kennenzulernen und so eine schöne Basis für die künftige Zusammenarbeit zu schaffen.
